DJ Dean Michaels onsite at a charity event hosted by Snap Fitness for Folds of Honor Minnesota, which provides educational scholarships for children and spouses of our fallen or disabled armed forces. This event was held a beautiful private residence in Minnesota with a gorgeous view of Lake Minnetonka. Tim Mcgraw performed and all in all, this event raised enough funds for 35 scholarships! DJ Double ii and MC Ricky City hosted the 8th Marine Industry Cares Foundation Spin-A-Thon which took place in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Around 200 people attended the event along with Bravo TV’s ‘Below Deck’ Captain Lee Rosbach and Capt. Sandy Yawn, and Dr. Jennifer Berman of the TV show ‘The Doctors’. Besides spinning for charity, riders also enjoyed food trucks, yoga sessions, massages, stretch zone, games, henna tattoo artist and an afterparty with lots of yummy food and drinks. The Spin-A-Thon successfully raised around $60,000 and we were so incredibly happy to be a part of such a great cause.

Jake and Sydney Steinger got the surprise of a lifetime during their B'nai Mitzvah celebration at The Breakers in Palm Beach! This was sure a one of a kind party with the entire room under blacklight along with glow in the dark and neon decor. Th dance floor was completely covered in metallic shimmer and over it hung every color, glow in the dark slinky you can think of! To top it all off, 21 Savage, a rapper from Atlanta, surprised everyone with a live performance! This was such an outstanding surprise, it was even featured on TMZ! Check out the clip below. Walking with Anthony and The First Step Foundation hosted The Movement for Change Gala at Sofitel, Los Angeles. RWU was honored to participate along side Terrance J from E! And BET helping raise funds and bring awareness to those individuals with spinal cord injury. The star studded event featured a cocktail reception followed by dinner and a live auction. This year the City of Miami Beach is celebrated its 100th anniversary. From March 22nd - 26th the sands of South Beach were filled with 100 hours of exciting events, highlighted by The Miami Beach Centennial Concert – an all-day music festival honoring the rich history Miami Beach has and continues to play in the music, art, film, theater and TV world for the last 100 years and going forward.

Rock With U was in the house as Neon Trees rocked LIV at The Fontainebleau on March 13th. RWU's Ross Bielejeski hosted the event as DJ Slim Rok provided the sounds leading up to the performance. Also, Y-100's Mack and Nina made a special appearance to introduce the band. Photos below!
The 2014 Winterfest Boat Parade was the biggest yet, and RWU's Ross Bielejeski was right in the middle of it, co-hosting the event with grand marshal Flo Rida! The parade featured more than 100 vessels all lit up for the holidays. The parade route began at the New River in Fort Lauderdale, and ended 12 miles away in Pompano beach. Phil Collins was forced to cancel his performance at the Fillmore in Miami Saturday night, his first solo gig in over four years, after coming down with an illness. Collins had promised to perform at a fundraiser gala benefitting his Little Dreams Foundation.
Collins alerted the crowd that he was unable to sing at the event due to a neurological affliction that he'd been dealing with for at least a few days. Collins also told the audience that sound checks for the comeback gig did not go well. Despite the problems, the audience still tried to coax the singer to perform, to which Collins replied, "Trust me, you wouldn’t enjoy it." While Collins didn't sing at the event, his 13-year-old son Nick was featured prominently on stage with his band the Lost. Richard Marx and Italian singer Laura Pausini were also on the bill.

Ross B heads to Denver, CO for an event with Samsung and Otter Box. Samsung brought in RWU to liven things up at a traditional slow tempo trade show. They loved it, looks like RWU will be headed to Denver more often.
Side note: Ross B is a die hard KC Chiefs fan so it was a little rough working at the Broncos home. ;)
The Darrell Gwynn Foundation hosted its annual gala at Passion Nightclub at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino on October 10th. This year’s gala, the “VIP White Party”, featured special guest Vanilla Ice while Rock With U's Ross Bielejeski hosted and RWU DJ, DJ J Swane, provided the tunes for the night. All proceeds from the event benefited the Darrell Gwynn Foundation whose mission is to provide support people with paralysis and prevent spinal cord injuries.
